CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation Policy At Bespoke! Beauty by Design, we value your time and ours. To ensure a smooth and efficient scheduling process, we kindly ask our clients to adhere to the following cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice: Clients are required to provide at least 48 hours' notice if they wish to cancel or reschedule their appointment. 2. Late Cancellation Fee: If the cancellation is not made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, a late cancellation fee will be applied. This fee will be 50% of the total service price that was to be performed, or the agreed reservation fee paid at the time of booking may be retained. 3. No-Show Policy: In the event that a client fails to cancel the appointment or does not attempt to contact the service provider at (541) 514-0101 via call or text, the full amount of the service that would have been performed will be charged. 4. Outstanding Balances: Failure to comply with this cancellation policy will result in an outstanding balance due to Bespoke! Beauty by Design. 5. Rebooking Restrictions: Please note that clients with outstanding balances will not be permitted to reschedule or book new appointments until the balance has been paid in full. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a high standard of service for all our clients.
